So we're going to set up the pretrial stuff. Now, this is an interesting one because, as we've discussed, this trial went from, it was about three months right before. I mean, this is incredibly fast for federal trialment to trial, or I guess not an indictment, right? Statement of information or something, yeah. Yeah. So we're just going to take a look at the pretrial motions, but there's a particularly interesting motion that was never actually ruled on that I wanted to run by you. It's a motion for selective and vindictive prosecution, and I think you're going to see his point.
