President Trump says the US has carried out precision strikes on three nuclear sites in Iran,

totally obliterating them.

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calls his decision bold.

First comes strength, end comes peace.

And tonight President Trump and the United States acted with a lot of strength.

But Iran's foreign minister calls the attacks outrageous

and warns they will have everlasting consequences.

The United States has attacked nuclear sites in Iran,

thereby entering the war launched by Israel against Iran nine days ago.

In a televised address at the White House, President Trump said the three sites had been obliterated

and urged Iran to make either peace or face more strikes.

Let's say what he had to say.

A short time ago, the U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian

regime, Fordo, Natanz, and Esfahan. Everybody heard those names for years as they built

this horribly destructive enterprise.

Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear

threat posed by the world's number one state sponsor of terror.

Tonight I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success.

Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated.
