Today, we are announcing an indictment, charging Raul Castro, and several others with conspiracy to kill U.S.

That's acting Attorney General Todd Lanch announcing criminal charges

against former Cuban President Raul Castro and others

that stem from their alleged role in shooting down two civilian planes in 1996
