0:23.0	So Neil, I was scrolling Tik-Toc last night as one does, and I came across a video explaining
0:31.3	why it's rained seven consecutive weekends in New York.
0:35.0	Apparently there is an atmospheric traffic jam happening right now.
0:39.2	There's a high pressure system hanging over Canada that keeps bouncing storms back our way and
0:43.8	since weather often follows a pattern of some sort when these storms roll in
0:47.3	every six to seven days they just happen to start on a Saturday so now we're stuck
0:51.3	in this ring loop forever.
0:52.5	It's been so brutal, but I think we have come over the edge.
0:56.8	We're past the precipice.
0:58.3	Next Saturday is going to be gorgeous and I don't feel bad about staying inside all day.
1:02.8	While we're on the subject, the NOAA also came out with this annual winter outlook
1:07.4	last week and this winter season is going to largely be shaped by El Nino in the north.
1:12.3	We're probably going to have a milder, warmer winter.
1:15.5	And in the south, they're gonna get soaked.
1:17.3	So as you're doing your winter shopping,
1:19.0	wherever you are, listening to this,
1:20.7	that's the general winter outlook. W warmer, milder, I like the sound of that.
