The United States is moving to uphold free speech globally. The State Department announced it

will begin restricting the visas of any foreign nationals involved in censoring or even trying

to censor the protected expressions of anybody within the United States. In other news,

NPR and three public radio stations in Colorado have sued the Trump administration for polling their government funding.

And they're arguing this is a violation of the First Amendment.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration is pushing to ramp up arrests of illegal immigrants.

They're giving ICE agents a new daily goal to arrest around 3,000 illegal immigrants every day. I'm the Epic Times Senior Investigator

The United States is moving to uphold free speech all around the world, every country on earth.

And this could impact foreign leaders from just about every country on earth.

Because look, the State Department announced it will begin restricting the visas of any foreign national involved in censoring or even trying to censor the protected expression of anybody within the United

States, a citizen or otherwise actually, even dissidents here, even people from many countries,

even Brazil, I know people, anyone who a foreign government is trying to censor within the

United States, they can lose their visas and may not be able to come here. State Department says this,

free speech is among the most cherished rights we enjoy as Americans. This right legally enshrined

in our Constitution has set us apart as a beacon of freedom around the world. Even as we take

action to reject censorship at home, we see troubling instances of foreign governments and

foreign officials picking up the slack. In some instances, foreign officials have taken

flagrant censorship actions against U.S. tech companies and U.S. citizens and residents

when they have no authority to do so. And Rubio said, quote,

Today I'm announcing a new visa restriction policy

that will apply to foreign nationals
