endurance athlete Tara Dower.

The 31-year-old Ultra runner just hiked the entire Appalachian Trail

in 40 days, 18 hours in five minutes,

setting a new fastest known time record for men or women in the process.

But hiking is most certainly the wrong word for what Dower just did.

To complete the 2,195 mile trail in the time she did, she averaged 54 miles per day.

Neil Dower shaped 13 hours off the previous record and this is honestly being hailed

as one of the greatest athletic achievements, really of all time.

and Georgia to Mount Kantad in Alaska or the other
