0:10.9	No pomp and circumstance. I'm actually talking to Austin Roth, who is a major airline pilot,
0:15.7	also a helicopter pilot, and he is on the ground for operation,
0:24.6	Airdrop and Hurricane Helene and all the damage that it did.
0:28.3	He's actually standing on the runway in Hickory, North Carolina,
0:30.7	doing God's work and helping everybody. And so I wanted to, I want to give him an opportunity to have a discussion about what's

0:37.7	brother. Yeah, I was actually called in for a trip. So calling him for a trip, flew out Friday,
0:44.3	got back, internet cell's not working. Power was on at the house. We left the last exit. As I've
0:50.3	been telling people, we're the last exit before Armageddon, North Carolina, 2024. So if you go just a little bit west of Hickory or north of Hickory, it's really bad.
0:58.6	In Hickory itself, a little bit of inconvenience, but I'm a Floridian, so not a big deal.
1:03.8	So the internet came back on, and there were calls out on the helicopter pilot Facebook group saying, hey, there's people needed down in Hickory. And I was like,
1:11.8	man, I'm 15 minutes from there. Fun, fun fact, I live in Granite Falls. Nick grew up in
1:16.2	Granite Falls. I moved there not knowing that's where he's from, even though we've been friends for a while.
1:20.1	And yeah, so I'm right down from this hometown. So I got on Facebook and said, hey, I can delve whatever you need. Former Army Blackhawk guy.
1:28.4	So they said, hey, there's a lot of civilians that have access to stuff and funds.
1:34.0	And there's people showing up with helicopters.
1:35.5	What they don't have is a lot of coordinating experience and on the ground and flying.
1:40.6	They don't have really rotorcraft experience to help coordinate some of that stuff.
1:44.0	Basically, they walked in the building and they're like, cool, you're the air ops now.
