calling the Real Estate Reset. We presented some of this content at our live event over last weekend, what we're calling the real estate reset. We presented

from brokers and office managers and whatnot, wanting us to present this to their agents,

Here's what I, here's the reason that Julie and I created this content for you. We created it. And by the way,

we're not economists. We're not, you know, this isn't going to be a bunch of charts and graphs and we're not going to be describing this in such a way that only people with PhDs and MBAs can understand it.

We're going to give this information to you so that you can easily understand it in a point

blank, practical, tactical way like we always try to deliver information.

But in addition to that, the reason we're wanting to give you this information the way

we're going to give it to you is because you need to be able to at least partially explain the phases of the real estate reset to your sellers.
