I have really appreciated, sincerely appreciated all the great feedback we've had from all of you

listeners telling us that we're on target with the topic we're presenting.

I had an interesting coaching call this morning, Julie, I unmuted you, and with Stacy.

And Stacy out in California in this really expensive real estate area.

And I've been telling him about this happening and he's denial, not happening in my market.

You know, we're insulated, all the normal things people say.

And then a coaching call I had with him this morning, he just put like 11 new listings between

million and like two and a half for sale. And, you know,

basically he has 11 brand new listings. The least expensive is like around a million. The most

expensive is around 2.5, 2.6. And he was expecting half of them to sell, you know, the typical

seller's market type thinking. And none of them have. And now he's basically having, yeah, I mean,
