Then you had it go to California and then it went to Virginia and then it went back to the south.

And now you have a group of Democrats not thrilled about this and trying to move their way to the Supreme Court.

That's right.

So on Friday, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Virginia put out a ruling saying
