I'm making this separate from a regular episode to hopefully get everyone's attention.

Hopefully that worked.

You know, lots of people listen to the show in batches, day from Olympias, is notorious

for being in a bizarre time warp, weeks behind.

I want everyone to know about this and it is genuinely urgent that you know.

So in the last couple of episodes, I have been talking in more detail than I will today

about the sudden financial hardship that the show has fallen into.

We have been members of the Amazon affiliate program for more than 10 years and we are

suddenly no longer members of that affiliate program and that was a source of quite a

large chunk of our operating costs on a monthly basis.

So we are suddenly in very poor financial shape and I am coming to you today with several

things you can do including one that is completely free to you to help us get through this situation

and hopefully come out even stronger on the other side.

So the first is memberships.

It's the most obvious.

We have a membership program.

You're probably familiar with it.

You get bonus content, bonus clips, bonus episodes with commentary and conversation and all

of that.

So memberships are monthly or yearly.

That is the lifeblood of the show.
