quietly reading the newspaper when his wife snuck up behind him and hit him on the head with a frying

pan. He said, what was that for? She said that was for that piece of paper I found in your pocket

with the name Mary Lou on it. He said, oh, honey, that's just one of the horses that I bet on at the

racetrack last week. She apologized, went about her business.

Two days later, she hit him on the head with a bigger frying pan.

After he woke up, he said, what in the world was that for?

She said, your horse just called.

All right, y'all, there's no spiritual value.
