It did feel a little bit like Groundhog Day, which was a big issue with this week's episode of Smackdown, and giving it a thumb middle. Like, we set things up that we needed to set up, but when it was done, I wouldn't say that I'm super jazzed about the show, and really, if you are going to do an opening promo, that's what it should do. Boyce Keys then yelled at Charlotte's a comment because either one, he really doesn't like him or two, he's secretly joining the MFTs, but nobody's telling us right now. When Alexa Bliss, I tell you, I like Alexa Bliss, she found Charlotte and she went, I can't deal with you later because I'm sick.

I want to say I don't care because that's really unfair. That rhymes. So it must be true. But I just don't mind. I can kind of take it or leave it's not like super emotional storytelling. It's not like WWE needs to do this all of the time, especially because we are in the post-Ressormandia malaise, but in terms of watching it on a Friday night, I didn't get a lot from it. My major issue is because yes, WWE had decided on this day. Do you know what we love distractions, interference and all that nonsense? We are so into shenanigans. We are going to make sure it features in every single match, which I just thought wasn't a little bit ridiculous. So of course, Saka was running around going, hey, Shinske, look at me. And even though Shinske is a veteran, he forgot he was in a match, heed around, he got chokeslad, one, two, three.

Tametong, and then acted like he was actually going to help Shinskay Nakamura. He stopped

Solis to come in his tracks, but then, of course, he did attack Shinske. It just feels like it's going round, around the houses. And once again, I just did not get that pump for this, which is not the euphemism, even though it does sound quite bad.

And again, because there was just going to be so much distraction,

even now when I'm talking to you, and really before I started watching the show, I just expected it. I never think you should expect distractions, because I don't know. I can't explain it. It just begs the question, why does Nick Hours get involved? Why does the general manager of the show be like, excuse me, you shouldn't be doing that? When Drew McIntyre returns, I hope he has a connoption,

right? I hope he falls down. He's the only guy that ever seems to get punished. So he's right. He wasn't a heel. He was a baby face. I do have to give it a doubt. The work was fine. and Talatonga's okay.
