Do you know what I am very thankful for every time somebody hits the most devastating

move in all the sports entertainment and surprise roll-up on a wrestling program, people

tweet and get in touch with me and that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy in my tongue

tongue.

I just wanted to get out there and start this week's episode of Ups and Downs for Raw,

basically every single one of my catchphrases.

I'm one of my Simon from what culture, thank you very much for joining me as always

and in case you've never watched before, here's what we do, we take the finger of power,

that's this and we give the good bits of up and we give the bad bits of down, in this

case for the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.

Now I will give you a little bit of a spoiler, some of it is really good, so it's going

to get an up, but some of it, my word, it makes me angry, let's up those doubts.

Raw started with Kevin Owens trying to prove to Big E, the WWE Champion, that he was

a good person, as Big E sat next to him rubbing Coco Butter onto himself, and in this moment

I realised I love Big E, I love Kevin Owens and I am so thankful they are at top of

the card.

He goes for Seth Rollins too, because it was he that was doing the opening show promo

this week, and he came out what can only be described as like a plastic dressing gown,

it was very weird, and he wanted to let us know that nobody can trust Kevin Owens, he

has known Kevin Owens for years, and every single time he'd be going around screwing

everybody over.
