So yes, I'm Gareth from What Culture Wrestling, and here are the ups and downs for AEW Dynamite.

Ah, for f**k. Scrap that bit. No, yeah, that's not what this is. This is NXT. We're talking about NXT things.

And we've got a big old show. There we got to get talking about because we've got six man

men events. We've got big old women's division clashes. And we've got Alan Cole sitting

in, well beside this pool with sunglasses on, looking like a bit of a douche.

So without further me being anything but a professional, I am Gareth from What Culture Wrestling.

And correction, these are the ups and downs for the best show in the midweek.

Wars that aren't a thing, but it should be a thing. They're imaginary cotton to triple H.

Thing, NXT.

Very quickly, I just want to know. I think they may have changed the signature again,

coming into NXT because it felt like a different theme tune. It was a poppy one last week.

This felt different. Not sure what's going on. But to kick things off this week,

we did have Dakota Kai taking on Mercedes Martinez in the match which seemed designed

to ensure that Dakota Kai was out of the equation when it came to Raquel Gonzalez.

But without all that stuff, the match itself, all the good stuff within it, that gets an up.

Because straightaway, I just love when we kick things off with the match. It feels distinctly

different to Raw and Smackdown when we normally just get somebody walking down to the ring being

like, hello, here's what I'm doing. I've got her belt. Now straightaway, we had two people here

trying to kick the ever-loving crap out of each other, but I got very worried, very early on

because there was a nasty bot. She probably saw it. It was like Mercedes Martinez caught Dakota

Kai and brought her down and it was looking like she was trying to flip her over. She didn't.
