What's up guys? Thanks for tuning in to the Up Room podcast. The last three weeks, we've been walking through the upper room discourse together where Michael's been teaching and focusing on the posture of our hearts in times of shaking and trouble. So we just hope these messages have been an encouragement to you personally,

maybe the season of life you're in, and that the Lord's been speaking to you, ministering,

encouraging you, strengthening your heart. So even today as you listen to this newest message,

have your Bible, have something to take notes with, and lean into the Lord and what he's speaking

I've got a couple of stories I'm going to share this morning that are,

you may have heard them.

Kind of like a preacher's favorite stories to go to,

but I do believe, I shared one of them last week and I'm just always reminded of the power of the testimony of the Lord.

One of the testimonies, I celebrated 17 years of marriage yesterday of my beautiful bride.

And hopping into our topic today, this is week three of us looking at the heart.

The heart being a wellspring.

Jesus' final words to his disciples, he was at the last supper there.

He was really positioning himself as Jesus, the pastor.

He was pastoring his friends in light of what they were going to go through.

And he's addressing their heart hearts condition and knowing the toll that the next three days would

have upon their hearts.

And he is sharing with them some truths that actually would bring freedom to their hearts,

liberty to their hearts, courage to their hearts,

and strength to their hearts. And I believe that the conversation he had at the last supper
