Welcome, everyone to another edition of the Irish Breakdown podcast presented by our friends at Fandul,

and this is upon further review. We've had a chance to dive back into the film, and when it's a game like it was on Saturday,

that's a fun look back, frankly. And I, you and I have been coaching for a very long time,

or at least it feels that way,

when we look back on things.

And I will say that when I watch a film back,

when I watch Game Tate,

when the team that I am coaching, playing for following, whatever the case may be, when they're the more physical,

the just dominant, like punchy in the mouth kind of a team, like that's fun film to watch back.

And so therefore, this game was a fun film to watch back, Brian.

It was.

And, you know, I almost feel like I want to jump right into the first point because it

adds to what you're saying.

Notre Dame did not really play that great against USC from a crispness standpoint.

Right.

There were so many things in this game as you, and we knew it live, we talked about last night, but when you watch the film, there's even more of things. You're just like, dude, you got to fix that, you got to fix that, you got to fix that, you got to fix that, you got to fix that. And that's what made watching this film so fun, Vince, is the coach in me is like frustrated

watching that film because you know it should have been like 48 to 24.

I mean, you know this game should not have been close.

Yes, a lot of missed opportunities.

Yes.

But the fan in you is like, they're so far ahead of USC that they can have five blown

coverages, like five pass interference penalties, a dumb off sides penalty on second and 10,
