right now, pretty much 6 p.m. Welcome, everyone. I just went on a basically a two-mile walk in humid, 80, 85, 90 degrees weather to see Pat's House, like a stalker. I have so much

footage, you guys. I ran into Austin from Southern Charm today at lunch. I'll tell you all

about that in just a bit. We're staying right down the street from Miss Pat's house,

you know, from Southern Charm, the matriarch of Southern Charm, saw her house, gorgeous.

But it's like right in the middle of town. I mean, this city, Charleston, I truly want to live

in Charleston. I mean, you know me. I went to Chicago. I wanted to live in Chicago. I went to Charleston. I wanted to live in Charleston. I guess I just want to leave LA. Do you blame me? But you know what? Here's the thing about LA. If you're only looking at LA from like the news, it really truly is a hellhole. But when you're there, it's not so

bad. When you're there, it's actually great, right? Like, it's one of those things that went,

because now, you know, Lance and I will be sitting here while we're watching the news. And I'm like,

oh my God, L.A. just looks like horrible. But when you're there, it's actually great, which reminds me,
