All right.

You ready for your first swing of fantasy football running back rankings for the 2026 season.

Hayden, this is probably the position that was least affected during the NFL draft,

historically low numbers that were drafted for these incoming rookies.

Typically, that's a talk of the town.

And there are a couple, maybe three or four that we'll talk about in this show.

But just overall, your thoughts on this position as we head into 2026.

Not a whole lot of change from last year and last year running backs absolutely cooked wide receivers. And I expect that trend to continue. If you guys are paying attention to the draft, a lot more tight ends went early. And that means I think we're going to see more running the football, more heavy personnel. Wide receivers don't matter that much. And then fantasy football is going to be one on the backs of these running backs once again. This has been a trend for the last couple seasons. And I think I'm ready to double down on it. The real football's back, baby. And we'll talk with this in the wide receiver ranking show that we'll post here on the channel tomorrow that typically, at least in the last five, six, seven years, we could rely on a team's, you know, third wide receiver to be fancy relevant, at least the best ones.

You really can't anymore.

You have to draft the top two wide receivers on most teams out there.

And if that's the case, then more and more running back production is going to creep in and steal that pie.
