0:21.0	I'm tired by hanging in there. So what have you been up to? Well, so we got a couple
0:30.0	updates on the lawsuit this week. We filed our motion to unseal the ballots, which we really didn't have to do because
0:38.7	the judge already, we've already shown the judge, yes, it's already to do that. We're just giving him the motion,
0:43.6	say, you already assign it. So that went down and we've got another hearing scheduled for March the 11th,
0:54.6	which is a little bit disturbing to me.
0:58.2	It's kind of far out.
0:59.7	Fullen County had a couple of conflicts
1:01.6	and they pushed out a little bit longer.
1:03.4	So that would should be to hear to motions to unseal, motions to compel,
1:09.7	everything should be held at that time in full objections.
1:16.3	And I would think possibly not at that hearing,
1:20.2	but shortly thereafter,
1:21.4	I would think that the judge would rule on on those
1:24.5	motions and then prior to that but hearing I think he can rule on the open
1:28.7	records request although since that time we found that Fulton has violated a couple more of our
1:35.6	last two of months that we had in the court so don't know what we can do about
1:39.6	those right at the moment but can you explain that yeah two things well one is the ones that
