| 0:57.0 | Starting off with David Green's leadership, David Green recently until earlier this year, has been the |
| 1:05.8 | director of the serious fraud office since 2012 and really has been responsible for enforcement under the UK Bribury Act. |
| 1:15.9 | I think it's fair to say that his enforcement successes have really enhanced and raised the value |
| 1:24.2 | of the brand during his tenure. He achieved one corporate conviction for foreign |
| 1:29.9 | bribery under the old laws, the historic laws. He has achieved four deferred prosecution |
| 1:35.9 | agreements and that's quite significant given they only became available in the UK in early |
| 1:42.6 | 2014. |
| 1:49.6 | Three of those relate to bribery, and one of them relates to false accounting. |
