With this, I'll turn it over to Michelle. Good morning, everyone. I'm delighted to be here this morning.

I'm just going to be bringing you up to date on the key enforcements and settlements that we've

had under the Bribery Act to date, and then possibly also looking forward, particularly, I think,

using Lisa Vossovsky's keynote address as an anchor for that discussion.

Starting off with David Green's leadership, David Green recently until earlier this year, has been the

director of the serious fraud office since 2012 and really has been responsible for enforcement under the UK Bribury Act.

I think it's fair to say that his enforcement successes have really enhanced and raised the value

of the brand during his tenure. He achieved one corporate conviction for foreign

bribery under the old laws, the historic laws. He has achieved four deferred prosecution

agreements and that's quite significant given they only became available in the UK in early

2014.

Three of those relate to bribery, and one of them relates to false accounting.

And I'll come on to talk about them in a bit more detail in a little while.

And he has also achieved a corporate conviction under the UK Bribary Act. There have also been some controversies

during his tenure, some significant trials that collapsed and didn't go ahead. But I think he sort of

has left the SFO in a very good position being seen, you know, more at the forefront of bribe reinforcement

than it was when he took the helm. So Lisa Ossowski has now stepped into the role. She
