And it also is really day two, a full day of the trial of Tina Peters in Grand Junction, Colorado in Mesa County.

And I can only describe it by saying this.

This has to be just another display of a crooked judge and a crooked DA, a rotted DA that are doing

everything they can

be to suppress the truth and stop them from actually getting to a place where

Tina can be found not guilty which you know we've already been able to see some of these

cuts from yesterday.

But what are your thoughts before we actually look at that?

Just a similar treatment of Trump,

where Tina is being stripped of defenses that should be afforded to her. We saw this in Rudy Giuliani. A lot of the emotions of Lemonade that are taking place outside the presence of the jury are going to affect her ability to have a fair trial.

And so there's got to be a focus on preserving things for appeal.

There should be challenges offered on the record and I'm

certain that that's happening. My concern, Joe, is that if she gets

railroaded and the remainder into custody, judges don't always stay sentencing.

And so if we're dealing with corrupt actors, corrupt judges that want to put her in jail,

you could have a similar outcome that you have with, say, with

Steve Bannon or Peter Navarro, where they've got valid challenges that should be heard,

but someone's going to be punished ahead of time. And so that's my concern is, okay, we know she's going to get railroaded.

What can we, as the public do, to shine a light on the corruption to hold the judge and the DA accountable.
