You hear about best practices in the garden and you probably hear about them from some

random person on Instagram or the internet or some blog post or some old magazine or

this or that.

And I think a lot of us in the garden,

we'd like kind of just believe it.

Yeah.

Oh, yeah, okay, I heard that.

I don't really know where it works because I don't know why.

Yeah, it makes sense.

Makes sense, I guess, right.

And so what we've been doing is actually I was on a trip and Jacques and Paul on the team

converted part of the backyard into a 16 by 16 square foot test garden.

Yeah. Split it into 16 4 by 4 foot blocks, right?

So basically 16 in ground 4 by 4 foot beds, let's call it.

Which allowed us to create potentially 16 different experiments.

And we've never max that out yet.

Maybe this season we will.

But we talked about the soil test one last time

we were chatting, jock, surprising results.

We've completed a few more of these experiments.

Pretty surprising results on those too.
