But I don't have any information that says they did.

I say they're certainly capable of it.

So there is a history of Mexican presidents being accused, never convicted.

Accused of taking bribes.

In the eights, though, according to El Chapo, not the greatest choice of will.

Took 100 million from the cartels.

Felipe called the wrong former Mexican president took money, according to some guy.

I don't know.

But bribery is endemic in Mexico.

It's everywhere.

And the cartels rule.
