What you know, Alibiers, I just wanted to give you an update on some of the information coming out of the hearing for David.

By the way, this hearing happened one year to the day that prosecutors say he killed Celeste.

One thing they revealed is that David had a lot of child abuse materials on his phone.

However, they did not specify if that was Celeste. It was also

revealed that a wiretap was used in the case last year, but they did not elaborate on what was

heard on that. The defense is saying they still don't have discovery. The state says the defense

needs to file some motions, but they will hand over discovery, including

body cam video. Digital evidence, which we've heard, there is 40 terabytes in the case, and that

is obviously taking a lot of time to upload. They're also going to give DNA trace evidence,

property reports, vehicle reports, photographs, and forensic reports. David will be back in court

April 29th and his preliminary hearing has been set for May 1st and the trial could be held within 60

days. So, seems like they want to get this crank in and they may tack on some more charges with this

child abuse material being found

on his phone. We will have to see. But that's the latest. If anything new comes out about what
