looking to get to the league not only that he was he's also a killer instinct alumni went through

killer instinct six and it's been a joy to watch this young man's transformation uh not just physically

he's out there beastin as well, but also mentally, also,

and taking his dreams and goals to the next level, really taking full control of his career as an

athlete and doing what I coach all athletes to do, which is build your brand, invest in yourself,

and make sure it's centered around who you are and weave your unique story

into that brand in a way that is very, very authentic. So who am I talking about? I'm talking

about ivory Frimpong. He has a podcast and a brand called Think Gold and it's super, super dope.

All right. So what I'm going to do for you is something very special

and we did an interview together he interviewed me on his podcast actually and it was super fun

he did an incredible job it was one of the one i mean a lot of fun during this interview he asked

some great questions that we definitely vibed and And it was a really long interview, actually.

I'm not sure exactly how long total, but so much so he's broken it up in two parts.
