Welcome to the sports motivation podcast. This is your host, Niyshobo. Today is another episode of Up on Game. It's where I introduce you to something that I believe is valuable and I want to introduce you to.

All right? So I played soccer growing up, and I actually stopped playing soccer at around 6th grade because I hated to run.

And I didn't, I don't like long distance running. And I've been someone who's always told myself the story that, you know,
