It's where I introduce you to a tool, a resource, something that I use that I feel is valuable, that I want to share with you as well.

All right? So you guys have probably heard the film room series. The very first series that I did was actually on Kobe Bryant.

And the film room series is basically where I break down the mindset of the world's

greatest athletes.

So I take a goat and I break down their mindset.

I study them in depth and extract all of the themes from what I hear, what I find, and package it up and lay it out

for you real nice. And that is the film room series. And it's been a big hit on the Sports

Motivation podcast. People love it. And I certainly enjoy creating it. Now, I did the first one

on Kobe Bryant. And so what I found in doing the film room series was I found a lot of interviews, et cetera.

And what happened was I came across this guy on YouTube who had, he creates like a lot of like motivational videos and things.

But he has this entire series on Kobe Bryant called The Mind of Kobe Bryant.

And he basically takes interviews and he does something similar to the film room. There's

just no commentary on it. And so he has, for example, it's called The Mind of Kobe Bryant.

And one of them is called Obsession, and it's a 16-minute

video, and he basically takes all the clips that highlights Kobe's obsession. He has learning.

He has all these ones, and so he actually has come out with a ton more after I've done the

film room, but I also used a lot of his clips in making the film room. And so I'm telling

you this because these interviews are so powerful. I've literally created a YouTube playlist that have

all of his videos that he's created on here. And what happens is sometimes when I'm working,

sometimes when I'm just hanging around the house, I'll just put that on. And it's

really, really valuable just to listen to these clips, organized, just, he cuts out all the fluff.
