So you have to be able to do things relatively quickly. I'll give you an example. Money, right?

You know, at least I hope, that you should be reviewing your finances every day. And even just

something as simple as looking on your bank accounts, you know, checking what's going on,

you know, making sure everything's good, et cetera, right? You also know that you should be

planning in the morning and at night, you know, reviewing your life. A lot of things that we talk

about you should do, right? Now, reality is these things don't take a ton of time, but the

overwhelmed because you're not really doing things in a very systematic way and you're not working

in blocks of time. And so one of the things that I do in order to help me is I give myself timelines

for doing something. I'll give you an example. Let's say I'm a little overwhelmed by my email,

right? I've got a ton of emails and I feel like I have to respond to a lot of people.
