For inside Carolina, I'm Taylor Vipolis, and this is up in the rafters where I'm joined by

Carolina basketball legend in 2017 2017 national champion Justin Jackson.

Today, we also have a big special guest. We have Mr. College basketball himself, Tate Frazier,

another Carolina alum, the host of the one shining podcast on the Ringer Network. We're going to

preview this NCAA tournament with Tate for UNC fans that still want to follow the tournament and maybe help them fill out a bracket so they can win their work pools or whatever pools they have with their friends. Tate, no Carolina. We were kind of talking about a pre-show.

Selection Sunday, it's normally a joyous day once that bracket

comes out, not so much this year. How did that affect your general feelings when you first saw

the bracket come out? First off, I would like to say Justin Jackson, 2017 national champion is

the face of college basketball in my mind. You know what I mean? I still I still becking back to a

better time in college basketball. But yeah, I mean? I still I still beckin back to a better time in

college basketball. But yeah, you mentioned it. Selection Sunday, no Carolina blue on the board,

other than the first four out. You hate to see that. I keep going back to a number that I love.

That's 131. That's the most tournament wins all time. North Carolina has that record.

So hopefully Kentucky loses in the first round and they have no chance to break that. But yeah, it's a tough year. We expected more. We hope for more. It's 2023. It's a Jordan year. We all thought that this would be the year that we go to Houston, get some redemption for 2016. It's not going to happen, but it's still going to be a good tournament.

And we can all, you know, we can all be good sports, right?

That's the best thing we can do.
