If you're a Gen Zier or maybe you've got a kid that is a Gen Zer, they have got a tough road ahead of them if they want to get hired.

It turns out that Gen Z, they have a reputation in the office as having sudden exits or having minimal loyalty to the company.

And on average, they commit to their job to about one to two years.

Really? It doesn't look good on them.

And so all I'm saying is if you have a kid that's trying to get a job, there are some older bosses that are like, I don't really want to hire a younger kid because of this reputation. And some of it is true. A lot of Jen Ziers admit to signing up to a situation ship, which is pretty much signing up to do a job that they realize is going to be short term for them.

They're going to give low commitment and they're not going to be their long term.

Yeah, that's a problem for older, because a lot of older people are still in the hiring positions.

And so you have to weed through the hiring process to find that diamond in the rough because not every Gen Zer is

that, you know, but stereotypically, a lot of them have been that because, and the stereotype

is based in truth, you know. Right. And I, I know I had a Gen Z guy that I've worked with

hit me up the other day and he was like, man, I'm just getting inundated
