If you're a Gen Zier or maybe you've got a kid that is a Gen Zer, they have got a tough road ahead of them if they want to get hired.

It turns out that Gen Z, they have a reputation in the office as having sudden exits or having minimal loyalty to the company.

And on average, they commit to their job to about one to two years.

And so all I'm saying is if you have a kid that's trying to get a job, there are some older bosses that are like, I don't really want to hire a younger kid because of this reputation. And some of it is true. A lot of Jen Ziers admit to signing up to a situation ship, which is pretty much signing up to do a job that they realize is going to be short term for them.

They're going to give low commitment and they're not going to be their long term.
