to explore what it means to unwind some of this deep tension in the body,

but in a slightly different way.

When a lot of us think about taking care of our bodies, specifically in relaxing muscles and relieving tension,

we might go to practices like yoga or different movement practices that have a certain structure and put us in particular postures and get us into a certain alignment so that the musculoskeletal system

can sort of relax around itself without having all of these different compensations that it gets

into due to all of the poor postures we tend to find

ourselves in throughout the day.

And there's a role for that and a really important purpose to that.
