And here, I get a chance to give you a peek into the book.

extract, and the author kindly said yes. I'm going to be reading from a section titled

Tia, Spirit Guides and Dark Force Entities, and this is a transcript of a hypnosis session.

So this is what Mark has written.

I guide Tia through inductions, deepeners and body scans like those in the script at the end of the book.

Tia makes her way down a staircase to a place in nature.

I ask her, first impression, what's the major colour in that place?

Gold. What kind of form does it take? It's like a wash of colour on canvas. There is a sense of

creativity and space, of merging and mingling. there's a feeling of constant movement and possibility.

It doesn't feel earthly at all, it's just completely ethereal.

Are there any thoughts or words that can come with this place?

Becoming, emergence.

We've asked for a place in nature but got something quite different.

The subconscious mind speaks a language of symbols and images that carry metaphoric meaning.
