So, Eden, I wanted to start by asking, what is the date that you have planned that you are the most proud of?

I'm in Portland, Oregon, and out on the West Coast, we have Tillamook.

So out in Tillamook, which is a pretty little town, one first step as to many good dates, stop for Mexican food,

because almost every day is made better with chips and guac and a

margarita. Then you go to the Tila McBay and you go nighttime moonlit kayaking. And so my husband

and I upped at a level based on a tip we had heard, I don't even remember where, because I wish I

could credit them, of taking a

bunch of glow sticks with us. So you go out at sunset into the bay and you're paddling around

and you, it's so calm, you have to, you can have zero experience in a kayak. You do not have to do

anything. But you're getting into the water. We were paddling around. We were looking at

like the beavers had put all these little homes together. There's lily pads. The sunset goes down.

It's absolutely stunning. Then the stars come out and you break all your little raver glow sticks and

you put them around your wrists and your head and your boat. And so then you're just paddling in total darkness where all you can see are your little

glow sticks moving around underneath the stars.

It was one of those days where I was like, if that was our last day on Earth, that was like a good day.

I think this reveals maybe Pacific Northwest versus Midwestern difference, but I fully thought you were going to be like, go to the Tillamac creamery and like try all the cheeses.

And I was like, yes, best date.

That's just like a Tuesday.
