All right, everybody, welcome back to, actually this is not the Jeff Buck podcast anymore.

This is now the teardown.

This is the athletic podcast, post-raith podcast we've been doing.

It has been behind a paywall since I joined the athletic in May.

But guess what?

It is now free to you. Yes you yes you I'm taking over my old

podcast feed where I used to do the post race podcast and I'm making this free the athletic has

given me permission to do that so thanks to them the athletic platform is still where you hear

the 12 questions podcast as well as well as

reading all the interviews that I do and the articles and analysis and all that kind of

stuff but this one particular thing is now free starting right now starting today the other

post race podcast we've been doing since then, those are still living on the

Athletic in the archive.

If you want to go back, listen to any of them, I'm not going to be able to populate them in

here.

But this is taking over.

We're moving right now, right the second, from the untitled Jeff Glock podcast to the

tear down, the post-race podcast.

So cue the new music.
