We're recording live from the sub-basement of our parents' house and queens on Christmas Day.

Why are you going to get a sub-basement?

It's like a small custom-built room within our basement that I think my father occasionally

used to do work in, I think just to justify having built that weird room.

And then he gave up on it a year later and I don't think ever been back to it.

It's a tiny room in

the basement that has a child's desk yeah which he worked on for many years uh putting us through

schoolings and uh with two small beds that we used to sleep on as children in our previous home

with the original mattresses it smells incredible in this room.

So the end of the world didn't happen.

Nope.

People got all worked up.

They thought it was all going to...

And it's not like anybody changed their behaviors based on it.

It was something people whined about.

Like, if people knew that the world was going in, I don't think they'd change their behaviors based on it it was something people whined about like if people knew that the world was going in I don't think they changed their behaviors at all like like if there was a visible asteroid coming to destroy the earth oh you know what I mean yeah then they would yeah yeah this was like you know waiting for an asteroid to show up if the's there and you're waiting for it to hit, that's the real shit.

Right, like a Simpsons type scenario.
