Well, shit.

It is Wednesday. It's February 25th, but it's day 735 of trial,

aka day three. I will be using that synonymously. It's been 84 years, but yesterday we saw

attorney Ramos have a change up 100% in the style, and maybe we'll see that from the defense,

because there are times when they make

good points. But sometimes those points get lost for me in the snark and the just kind of rudeness.

It's wild. And then all the commentary. But yesterday we got into a lot of really important

information. I thought yesterday was

fascinating. We got into the medical examiner and I think the medical examiner did a great job

staying exactly in her lane like my job, not my job. And we see the groundwork being laid for

a toxicologist. We saw what was in Eric Richon's stomach contents versus what it

metabolized into his blood and what hadn't, including THC. And I think when we get to a toxicologist,

we're going to see that there are some timing issues we need to know about that will give us

an indication of how quickly he passed away.

So that's going to be interesting.
