It all started in Acts chapter one with Jesus saying to his disciples,

And then they gather together about 120 of them and devote themselves to prayer in Jerusalem.

That's how it starts, Acts chapter 1. And now Acts chapter 28, verse 31, the gospel has now spread

from Jerusalem throughout Judea and Samaria. And it's going to the ends of the earth.

Here is Paul, who has been making disciples and

multiplying churches. Paul, who, by the way, was persecuting Christians and has now become the

biggest proponent for Jesus and the gospel to the ends of the earth. He's in Rome, where,

obviously, it's the capital of the Roman Empire, where the gospel is spreading out. And I love

the last word in the book of Acts. It says without hindrance here in the ESV, the English standard

version of Acts 2831. And the word literally is unhindered. That's how the Holy Spirit

inspires the Book of Acts to end with the word unhindered. In other words, nothing can stop the gospel of Jesus

Christ from spreading to the ends of the earth. And that's not just the story
