Summary
Cindy disappeared late one Halloween night while attending a bar near her college, Pennsylvania State University. It was almost as if she vanished into thin air, but then the leads came. It turned into an absolute roller coaster, as potential leads involved a disgraced pharmacist, a sex trafficking ring, and a serial killer.
