0:59.0	before her death, her life had really been coming together. According to family, she was the

1:13.0	She and her fiancé were saving up for a house and she'd already picked out her wedding dress. Everything about the future looked bright,
1:18.8	but Autumn's life hadn't always been so picture perfect. Autumn's childhood had been a rocky one.
1:25.9	Her parents had divorced when she was 12, and her mother had
1:28.7	struggled with alcoholism. It was a lot for a kid to deal with, especially an empathetic
1:34.5	and loving kid like Autumn. According to an article by Daniel Gilbert for the Seattle Times,
1:40.6	Autumn went out of her way to let her parents know that they were loved. But being an unwavering
1:46.0	source of support and acceptance for others can be taxing, especially at such a young age. By the time
1:52.5	Autumn was in high school, she developed stomach ulcers from stress. It was so bad that she
1:57.9	actually dropped out and later earned her diploma.

2:09.1	Autumn's mother did manage to overcome her substance dependence, and according to that same article, she credited Autumn, who was known for her caring nature with helping her achieve sobriety.
