Okay, so if it is safe for you to do so, sit back and close your eyes,

and drop your shoulders, and take a deep breath.

And just take another deep breath.

And go with me into this beautiful, beautiful hillside,

out in the sun, where all around you, the grass is just emerald, brilliant green.

It says if it has been washed by the rain, and it is the most wonderful, vibrant shade of green,

all around you on this lovely hillside.
