Louise Shepu was last seen alive on November 15, 2001. She was 52 years old at the time and lived in the medium-sized city of Sherbrook, Quebec. Louise was an intelligent, outgoing woman, a professional psychologist who specialized in marriage counseling, and a mom to two daughters, the oldest of whom was a young adult at 19, and the youngest of whom was

In particular, she loved to hike. That fall, Louise and some friends had planned a hiking
