This is a little known cold case, which has received no coverage or attention whatsoever

working to revive public interest in the case now, all of that coverage is more than 20 years old.

Jeff Rowland was last seen alive on November 14, 2002. He was 43 years old at the time and lived in

Charlestown, West Virginia.

Charlestown, not to be confused with the state capital of Charleston, is a small town

located in the easternmost part of the state, the Panhandle.

It's about an hour's drive from the D.C. metro area and is known for its proximity to
