this case. It was a fantastic suggestion. Ugg de la Plaza was last seen alive on June 2nd, 2007.

He was 36 at the time, and on the night of his death,

he was exactly where he wanted to be, both literally and professionally. He lived in San Francisco,

but wasn't a native Californian, not even close. He'd been born and raised in France and had moved

to the U.S. even going so far as to obtain U.S. citizenship.

U.K. worked as a sound engineer for a company called Leapfrog. You've probably heard of them,

especially if you're a parent. They make all kinds of educational toys and games for little

kids. There are a well-known brand, and Uke was doing well there, so well, in fact on the night of his death he went out with co-workers to celebrate a promotion he'd received.

And there was no shortage of co-workers who wanted to celebrate with him because Uq was someone people like to be around.

His dad described him as open-minded and very tolerant and a good listener.

A good friend of his named Melissa described him as sensitive and intellectual and someone

who savored life. He also had a fun side and loved going out with friends.

Ooga and his coworkers went to a club called Underground S.F., where they drank and danced until

about 2 a.m. It was a Friday night, so it wasn't as if they had to

worry about getting up early for work the next morning. The only plans Uyghad for the following day

were for a motorcycle ride. One of his friends from work, Neil, who was also celebrating at the club

that night, was going to accompany him. Neither Neil nor Ugg got any way of knowing that he would never show up

for the motorcycle ride, or that they were celebrating a promotion he would never get to enjoy.
