You've been a pastor for more than 30 years preaching. You're talking to so many people.

Why do you think peace evades so many of us?

My gut answer is we look in the wrong place. The same reason we're just pointed in our

marriage. We're looking at our spouse, which we said in vertical marriage over and over.

You know, you didn't marry the wrong person. You're looking in the wrong place. I think

we do the same thing with peace. You know, I'll find it in a job. I'll find it in a

relationship. I'll find it in an amount of money. And some of that you can get there.

But at the end of the day, you're disappointed and you're fulfilled and you lay in bed sweating

because it's never enough. And we let's just look in the wrong place. I think we're going

to find out today something I've said many times in a sermon is peace is a person.

bit about your book, The Path to Peace. Experiencing guys comfort when you're overwhelmed.

And you talk about, you know, a journey of being overwhelmed. Wow. And you're like

a skilled writer. You teach it. It's true. You know, we just write. You know, it's somebody

fixes everything. Yeah, I mean, I spent a lot of years going to school for writing. And I

do love it. I used to teach at the collegial level. And I have my own business ministry called

Writing with Grace, where I teach writing classes for primarily women. I have an occasional
