This very strange season is down to its last two games. They play them this weekend. Lakers first play tonight against the Memphis Grizzlies who have almost their

entire roster out for this game, although they have a guy, Dejean Jiro, who's a young dude that I really

like that you should keep an eye on during this game. But the Lakers should win the game,

right? Fingers crossed, but Anthony Davis is probable for the game. It listed as that on the injury

report. And last night,

we got a little bit of clarity, Mike, on who we are rooting for in the grand standings watch.

So I wonder if you would please give us kind of a synopsis on where we stand.

Oh, yeah, Pete. It is simplified some, but not entirely still at this point, just because of a couple of teams that play each other.

I'm sure many of you watched the games last night and New Orleans goes into Sacramento and really delivers a beatdown.

So that clarifies things some.

Basically, the Lakers can't catch New Orleans anymore.

So it's down to Phoenix, Sacramento, and Golden State just ahead of the Lakers.

Everybody has two games, and the Lakers still need to make up the ground, of course, on two of these teams.
