Let's get to the letter. They write, Dear Tony, I've always been fascinated by

the unknown, the things that sit just beyond our understanding. But fascination turns to fear

when you find yourself living with it day and night. I've often wondered if what I've experienced

could be explained by logic, or if it's something darker,

something I'd rather not understand at all. It began when I was six years old. My family had just

moved into a new house, a twin home, modest, but with plenty of room for a growing family.

I remember being excited about the move, but that excitement didn't last long. The house had a strange feel to it from the very beginning.

My parents brushed it off as me adjusting to a new place, but I couldn't shake the feeling

that we weren't alone there.

The basement was the worst.

It was unfinished, with bare, concrete floors and dim lighting that never quite reached

the corners of the room.

One day, while a babysitter was watching me, I pointed to a large S, painted on the basement

wall, and asked what it meant. She looked at me with a smirk and said, that stands for Satan.

I was six, Tony. Six, I didn't know any better, and her words struck me like a thunder
