podcast and I'm back just to do some unscripted episodes which are basically

episodes just to let you know that the History of the World

Podcast is still here while we're working away on the start of volume three.

So just a recap, last week was the last episode of volume two of the podcast on the ancient world and we finished

up with 37 episodes back to back to back.

We done pretty well to be honest with you. And now we're planning for the start of

volume three which will be on the classical world now over the course of the next

few weeks we're going to be doing some of these unscripted

episodes I believe that we're going to be waiting a couple of months before the

start of volume three so we like to get everything exactly as we want it

before we jump into the new volume.

So probably, I'm taking a guess maybe around mid-December,

we should be back with some new proper podcast episodes.

And the first one of those will be about the emergence of the Persians.

So we're reaching a very important part in our historical narrative.

So we're looking forward to it. It's going to be plenty of

invigorating for anyone who loves their history. We're going to find out so much

more about this wonderful race of people, the Persians. In the meantime though, we're going to be publishing weekly unscripted episodes and they could be absolutely anything.

It could be me rambling on about the podcast performance and who's listening from where.
