From June 8th to the 11th, leading dissident journalists and thinkers will join an all-star

lineup of comedians at the first annual Icarus Festival in Rutherford, New Jersey, at the

William Carlos William Center.

Co-sponsored by the Grey Zone and Compact Magazine, Icarus Fest will feature Max Blumenthal

and Aaron Mate of the Gray Zone, Michael Tracy,

Ben Burgess, Sam Hussain, Jeremy Kaufman, Clint Russell, and Meg Smaker, the director

and producer of Jihad Rehab, who will discuss and debate the new wave of censorship, the war on

terror, the war on Ukraine, and the new world order that has emerged from

them. Taking the Icarus stage to discuss the culture and politics of neoliberalism will be

Jeff Schillenberger of Compact Magazine and Jack Mason of the Perfume Nationalist podcast.

The Icarus Comedy Night features America's comedian Kurt Metzger, Lou Perez, Rich Voss, Danny Polishook, and Dan Natterman.

There will also be film screenings of classic works of cinematic art, a cash bar, and dinners and after parties for VIP ticket holders.
