I first heard about this week's guest about five or six years ago when I first heard about this thing called the alt-right.

I was told that he rejected democracy and favored the restoration of a monarchy.

That's about all I knew. I didn't read much, so I didn't know much. That is until just a couple of weeks ago, when I started reading his work in preparation for this interview. What I've found in talking to Curtis Jarvin, otherwise known as Menchus Moldbug, is that he is one of the most astonishing

intellects I've ever encountered, that his ideology is unique and not very scary.
